RH is seeking an Outlet Stock Associate to play a vital role in accurately and efficiently receiving inventory and ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented to support an extraordinary customer experience. This role is hands-on in both the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving product seamlessly from delivery to placement, and maintaining a safe, organized, and brand-reflective environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting while upholding the highest brand and safety standards.Your ResponsibilitiesReceive and process product shipments safely and efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing delaysCoordinate the movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floorMaintain stockroom organization and ensure all inventory meets quality standardsAccurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory trackingPrepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehiclesDemonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills in all daily operationsOur Requirements1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferredPrioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesProven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal and team safetyProficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applicationsOur Physical RequirementsLift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelinesManeuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, and loading docksRole entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbingRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
