We are a team of hardworking individuals who have a common goal of serving exceptional customer experience while creating an enjoyable work environment.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesFields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service DepartmentAssist in all loading and unloading of customer equipmentFollows a check in /check out process for all customer unitsCommunicates regularly regarding repair timelines and updates on anticipated completion dates with all customersAssists in Logistics of Trucking/ Washing/ etc. as directedCompletes all Pre and Post Demo/Rental/ Final Delivery Inspections for the locationCompletes all factory shipping verification for shortages and equipment condition at the time of deliveryOpens work orders as directed by the Service Manager/Assistant Service Manager and maintains control until they are previewed, approved, and invoicedMaintains service department filings and records and service library with current information (for example, files bulletins, manuals, multi-media, etc.) under the direct supervision of the Service ManagerManages All Warranty Bins / Service Parts to be returned / Oil Sample Submission and trackingUpdates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orderMaintains service accessories and supplies charges within the budgeted expensesMay prepare Service Technician time management reports each day for reportingEnsures all service Warranty and Product Improvement Programs are completed, submitted to the warranty administrator within the required timeframe to receive maximum creditMay participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge of the job roleMaintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashionFollows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignmentsMaintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive productsQualificationsExperience with basic computer and accounting functionsExperience analyzing and interpreting basic internal reportsExperience working cooperatively in a team environmentExperience communicating effectivelyHelp us continue to meet our two Guiding Principles of Building a Sustainable Business while providing an Exceptional Customer Experience.It is the policy of Greenway not to discriminate against any applicant for employment, or any employee because of age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greenway-Equipment
