Concierge – Healthcare Experience Preferred

Complete Care at Bayshore is hiring a Concierge with healthcare or senior living experience!

Are you an experienced Concierge, Front Desk, Customer Service Representative, or Healthcare Administrative professional who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming environment? As a Concierge, you will serve as an important first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Your friendly approach, professionalism, and ability to coordinate requests will help create a positive experience throughout our community.

Concierge Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Assist residents and families with requests, directions, appointments, facility services, activities, and events.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with nursing and other departments to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Respond to resident and family concerns or requests and follow up to ensure their needs are addressed.
• Assist with planning and coordinating resident activities, family gatherings, and community events.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk and reception area.
• Provide general administrative and front-desk support as needed.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone entering our community.

Concierge Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, concierge, front desk, reception, or administrative support preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, hospital, or other healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach when working with residents and families.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and visitors.

Concierge Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time schedule: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Every other weekend
