Concierge – Healthcare Experience PreferredComplete Care at Bayshore is hiring a Concierge with healthcare or senior living experience!Are you an experienced Concierge, Front Desk, Customer Service Representative, or Healthcare Administrative professional who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming environment? Your friendly approach, professionalism, and ability to coordinate requests will help create a positive experience throughout our community.Concierge ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.Assist residents and families with requests, directions, appointments, facility services, activities, and events.Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.Coordinate with nursing and other departments to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up.Respond to resident and family concerns or requests and follow up to ensure their needs are addressed.Assist with planning and coordinating resident activities, family gatherings, and community events.Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk and reception area.Provide general administrative and front-desk support as needed.Help create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone entering our community.Concierge QualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, concierge, front desk, reception, or administrative support preferred.Healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, hospital, or other healthcare experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach when working with residents and families.Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable working with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and visitors.Concierge Schedule & BenefitsFull-time schedule: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PMEvery other weekendFlexible pay option availableHealth, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employeesPaid time off (PTO) for full-time employeesOpportunities for career growth and advancementSupportive team environmentMeaningful work with residents and familiesComplete Care at Bayshore is an equal opportunity employer.If you have experience as a Concierge, Front Desk Representative, Customer Service Representative, Healthcare Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, or Senior Living Concierge, we encourage you to apply today!
