Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, you will facilitate day‑to‑day warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, supervise associates, and ensure a safe, clean worksite. Responsibilities Help maintain stock levels by ordering material on time. Keep fulfillment updates accurate in the warehouse management system (WMS). Ensure jobs are checked and pulled accurately. Receive deliveries physically and in NS. Monitor, oversee, and hold employees accountable to performance expectations. Develop associates to be competent performers in all aspects of warehouse processes. Audit cycle count results and enter system adjustments accordingly. Communicate with Install Managers/Service managers on usage from installs and service jobs. Make accurate transfers to trucks and other markets. Maintain daily organization and cleanliness in the warehouse. Research significant inventory adjustments and communicate findings with Management team. Perform physical and system work as required to complete truck reconciliation. Perform daily yard walk of the property before leaving to secure all material, gates, vehicles, and locks. Provide a flexible work schedule, including weekend work when needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse lead and/or supervisor experience (exception for internal candidates). Experience using Warehouse Management Systems. Competent with Microsoft Office. Ability to train, coach, and counsel associates. Ability to recognize work results. Ability to handle conflict professionally. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external business partners, vendors, and suppliers. Ability to accept development and self‑improvement from manager. Ability to problem‑solve issues and suggest process improvement ideas.
