In this role, you'll work closely with project and account managers, ensuring projects stay organized, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help coordinate activities, manage data accuracy, and support subcontractors and internal teams on a variety of exciting initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 24 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively solve problems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in construction, signage, or operational environments
• Familiarity with project tracking and management systems
• Prior experience in a remote or virtual team setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or higher
• Relevant experience in project coordination, construction, signage, or related fields

Other Requirements:

• Candidates must be located in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Hawaii, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Texas
• Ability to attend Teams training sessions (training via Teams, equipment mailed)
• Availability to start ASAP
• Willingness to support remote work for 36 months
