Blue Streak Lighting & Electric is seeking a dependable and organized Fleet & Warehouse Coordinator to support our commercial electrical service and project operations throughout the Bay Area.

This position is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, managing company vehicles and equipment, staging materials for upcoming work, and supporting field operations. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping ensure technicians have the tools, equipment, and materials they need to succeed.

This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, fleet management, inventory control, logistics, and occasional project support in the field.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive, organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Stage materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming service calls and projects
• Perform weekly inspections of company vehicles and equipment
• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance and repairs when appropriate
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to active job sites
• Maintain accurate inventory and equipment records
• Keep the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Assist Project Managers and field crews with logistics and project support
• Operate forklifts, trucks, trailers, and warehouse equipment as needed
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse organization and inventory processes

Qualifications:

• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Mechanical aptitude and basic vehicle maintenance experience preferred
• Warehouse, construction, fleet, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working both indoors and outdoors
• Comfortable driving larger trucks and trailers (or willing to learn)
• Basic computer skills for inventory and work order tracking
• Positive attitude and willingness to support multiple departments
