FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: Thomas Hospital - 750 Morphy Avenue, Fairhope, AL 36532. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: One to two years of food service experience is required.
• Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
