Key Responsibilities

• Greet And Check In Patients, Providing A Friendly And Professional First Impression
• Manage The Flow Of Patients Through The Clinic In A Timely, Organized Manner
• Present And Sell Wellness Plans And Membership Packages Confidently And Accurately
• Support The Clinic's Sales Goals By Converting New And Returning Patients Into Members
• Answer Phone Calls And Assist With Appointment Scheduling And Patient Inquiries
• Re-Engage Inactive Members And Maintain Up-To-Date Patient Records Using Pos Software
• Assist With Clinic Marketing Efforts And Community Outreach
• Maintain A Clean, Organized Front Desk And Clinic Environment
• Collaborate With Team Members And Chiropractors To Ensure A Positive Patient Experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required
• Minimum One Year Of Customer Service And Sales Experience Preferred
• Strong Phone, Computer, And Multitasking Skills
• Energetic, Motivated, And Confident In A Goal-Driven Environment
• Positive Attitude With A Team-Oriented Mindset
• Must Be Able To Stand/Sit For Long Periods And Lift Up To 50 Pounds
• Office Management Or Marketing Experience Is A Plus
