Your Profile

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience in an agency or a familiarity with consultative sales.
• Solid insights into the healthcare sector or a willingness to acquire knowledgewe'll provide the coaching!
• Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
• Comfortable with navigating ATS and CRM systems (training will be provided on ours).
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an ambition to build something sustainable.
