Your Responsibilities
- Steer Full-Cycle Searches from inception to completion.
- Act as a Trusted Client Partner, identifying their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural fit.
- Source Candidates Strategically utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS and your established network, alongside tools like our unique communications platform.
- Make the Most of Our Platform to manage candidates, maintain outreach logs, automate follow-ups, and stay organized.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that provide lasting value for clients and generate significant commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership to enhance our brand and yours.

- 23+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.

- Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll train you on our version).
- Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build a sustainable long-term career.
