Material Buyer Procurement / Planning Coordinator

Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating procurement and planning activities. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about optimizing material management processes and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Location: Calabasas, CA - Onsite

Salary Range: $50 to $52/hr on W2- Competitive, based on experience

Contract Duration: 24 months

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Proven track record in supplier management, cost analysis, and ERP systems

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with BOM management and cost compliance
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage tariffs and ensure necessary approvals

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage quote requests and review supplier proposals
• Create purchase requisitions and oversee supplier and purchase order management
• Conduct price reviews and manage pricing accuracy
• Execute Buy/Sell processes to ensure timely material delivery
• Coordinate prototype CM activities and facilitate communication between teams
• Review and approve PCB material ordering
• Perform BOM scrubs and implement necessary actions
• Coordinate end-of-project material disposition
• Act as liaison between Product Management and Trade Royalty teams
• Attend all Cross-Functional Team meetings to provide updates and support
