Supply Chain Associate

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and quality operations within a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in GMP/GDP-regulated settings and possess strong documentation, inventory, and quality systems knowledge. This role will support operational activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance-related processes while collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities Support daily supply chain, warehouse, and inventory management activities in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment. Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, procedures, and quality requirements. Assist with documentation creation, updates, and revisions within CDOCS. Utilize DQMS (Digital Quality Management System) and QMTS (Quality Management Tracking System) to support quality-related activities. Participate in deviation investigations and own minor deviations and CAPA activities as assigned. Support inventory transactions and material movements through ERP systems. Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) safely and effectively when required. Perform weighing and scale-related operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Gather operational metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management. Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure business objectives are met. Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment within Quality, Manufacturing, Dispensing, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations. Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience. Experience supporting document revisions and management in CDOCS. Knowledge of DQMS and QMTS, including deviation investigations and CAPA processes. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs), such as forklifts or similar equipment. Familiarity with scales, weighing processes, and material handling operations. Experience gathering metrics, preparing reports, and presenting results to management. Experience supporting operational excellence or continuous improvement projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
