Key Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin SLP license
• Wisconsin Teaching Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support each learner’s success
• Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success
