What You’ll Do As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store—leading, inspiring, and driving results every day. Drive Sales & Growth Lead your store to achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals. Analyze performance reports and develop action plans to boost results. Build & Inspire Teams Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team. Create a culture of positivity, accountability, and growth. Recognize and develop future leaders within Coastal Edge. Deliver World-Class Experiences Ensure every customer leaves inspired, engaged, and loyal. Foster an authentic surf/skate atmosphere that reflects our brand. Partner with the community to grow awareness and drive traffic. Own Operations Manage payroll, staffing, and scheduling efficiently. Ensure compliance with all policies, audits, and loss prevention. Keep your store safe, clean, organized, and ready to perform. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of management experience in retail or a fast-paced environment. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, leadership, and people-development skills. High energy, passion for action sports, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Must be 18 years of age or older.
