Nurse Resident RN
Our client, a leading health system in Dodge City, KS, is seeking a Nurse Resident RN for their Med Surg department. This role is designed for new graduates and offers a supportive environment to help you grow and build confidence in your nursing career.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized patient care.
- Administer treatments, track vitals, and educate patients and families.
- Engage in a comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program to support professional development.
- Utilize current evidence-based practice knowledge and critical thinking to provide holistic care.
- Assess ailments and injuries of patients and implement treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with the interprofessional team to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Develop accountability for own practice and coordinate care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Zero (0) to twelve (12) months of professional nursing (RN) experience.
- Active License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of practice or primary residency if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Compensation
- $26.95 - $42.99/hour.
