Claims Assistant

Overview We are currently looking for a Claims Technical Assistant who will support our team. This role is in‑office at our Kansas City, MO location Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm. How you'll make an impact Answer telephone inquiries and greet visitors in a professional manner. Deliver office supplies, sort incoming mail, and manage mail processing. Assist with meeting logistics and collaborate with Adjusters and Branch Leaders. Maintain electronic filing, document scanning, and letter preparation. Provide customer service as first point of contact, taking reports over the phone. Work independently and in a team, prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. About You High school diploma or GED. At least one year of office work experience. Knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel.
