Step into a dynamic, student-focused setting supporting multiple schools as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) throughout the academic year. This rewarding contract opportunity in the Boston area offers a diverse caseload, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across 2–3 school sites within the district. Starting as soon as possible and extending through June 18, 2027, you’ll enjoy steady hours of 34 hours per week while contributing your essential expertise to both students and staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Valid Massachusetts LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) license
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and creating/modifying Behavior Intervention Plans
• Skilled at data collection, graphing, and preparing progress reports for IEP meetings
• Strong supervisory skills with a focus on training and modeling techniques for 1:1 Paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians, and classroom teachers
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across multiple school sites within the district, managing a varied caseload
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop/implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans
• Maintain precise data collection, graphing, and progress monitoring to inform IEP meetings
• Provide hands-on supervision, training, and role-modeling of behavioral intervention techniques for school staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
