Job Title: Visual Inspection Engineer
Location: Rensselaer, NY Onsite
Duration: 12 Months with potential extension
Pay Rate: $58 $64/hr W2 Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Visual Inspection Engineer to support and optimize automated vision inspection systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will focus on camera tuning, troubleshooting, system performance, validation, and qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Tune, optimize, and troubleshoot automated vision inspection systems.
- Improve inspection accuracy and reduce false positives/reject rates.
- Support Seidenader, CoBER/CorBER, SVI, or similar inspection platforms.
- Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of new equipment.
- Develop and execute SLC/lifecycle and engineering documentation.
- 7+ years of automated vision inspection experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience with camera tuning and vision system troubleshooting.
- Experience with Seidenader, CoBER/CorBER, SVI, or similar systems.
- Strong GMP, process validation, and equipment qualification experience.
- Science or Engineering degree preferred.
