Additive Mix Operator

Additive Mix Operator
As an additive mix operator you must be able to:
- Lift bags weighing 50 lbs. to 100 lbs.
- Operate a forklift and skid steer (on the job training is available)
- Work independently without supervision to accomplish tasks
- Attention to detail on product quality
- Work diligently to prepare all coatings for color changeover
- Basic math skills required
- Perform hourly color checks or as needed
- Work with peers in a team environment
- Work overtime or extra shifts if required
- Work safely and report unsafe actions, injuries, and equipment issues to supervisor
