Job Title: Production Associate

Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products, packaging and labeling items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high-quality standards. The position requires independence, compliance with established procedures, and flexibility to support multiple areas within production.

Shift & Schedule:

• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work two days, off two days, work three days, then repeat)

Pay:

• $22.15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package and label items using automated systems
• Clean equipment and workstations to maintain a safe environment
• Operate laundry and material handling equipment as needed
• Move materials and carts, occasionally using lift equipment
• Rotate through various production tasks as required
• Mandatory overtime may be scheduled

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in GMP manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to detect visual defects
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Must understand, read, and write in English
• Not allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 30 lbs
• Must pass a physical exam

Work Environment:

• Temperature ranges from 50&degree;–70&degree;F
• Exposure to hot surfaces, wet conditions, chemicals, and drug compounds
