Strategic Collections Specialist

Cache House LLC, doing business as HEIGHTS, is seeking a proactive Collections Specialist to improve cash flow by collecting outstanding balances. You will manage past-due accounts through email and phone outreach, coordinate with Sales and account owners, secure payment commitments, and follow through until payment is received via ACH, check, or other approved methods. You will also partner with our Senior Sales Operations team member to maintain accurate collections reporting, track account #J-18808-Ljbffr Portland Heights
