Make a difference in the lives of K-6th students as a School Psychologist working in a welcoming elementary environment for a full school year. You’ll serve in one building, providing essential support and guidance to students, staff, and families as part of a collaborative educational team. This contract opportunity is perfect for professionals eager to have a consistent impact and build meaningful relationships with young learners.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
  • State licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Prior experience with K-6th grade populations
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for K-6th students
  • Develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create safe, supportive classroom environments
  • Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding students’ learning and behavioral needs
  • Deliver direct counseling and crisis intervention services as necessary
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote student mental health and well-being
