Your responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle recruitment from understanding needs to securing placements, acting as a trusted advisor getting to the heart of client needs and company cultures, implementing strategic sourcing utilizing our advanced CRM and leveraging your own networks, utilizing our platform manage candidates seamlessly, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization with ease, focusing on permanent placements striving for quality that contributes lasting value for both clients and yourself, and engaging in thought leadership as you elevate not only our brand but your own.
