Your Responsibilities
- Oversee complete recruitment processes from the initial intake to final placements.

- Utilize our comprehensive platform for candidate management, tracking communications, automating follow-ups, and maintaining organizational efficiency.

- 2–3+ years of recruiting or consultative sales experience, ideally within an agency setting.

- Confidence in navigating ATS/CRM systems (we'll provide training on ours).
