Clinical Scribe: Medical Documentation Specialist

Oak Street Health in Passaic, NJ is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with real-time clinical documentation. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in person at our Passaic clinic, with emphasis on accurate coding and efficient patient care. You will work alongside clinicians, observe patient visits, document encounters, assign CPT/ICD-10 codes, and help close care gaps.
