This position involves transporting goods using a 26 ft box truck/van and offers a chance to work as an interstate driver, giving you flexibility and variety in your daily routes. We have great paying loads and offer competitive pay at 20-25% per load, we give Bonuses based on the driver's monthly evaluation, ensuring that your hard work and commitment are recognized. We work with the dispatchers and warehouses and provide you with all the equipment to make trucking easy! The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and possess a valid driver's license. Experience with dry van transport is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to grow in their truck driving careers. CDL and NON-CDL are welcome! Responsibilities * Safely operate and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. * Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks when necessary. * Execute route driving efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery schedules and documentation. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation standards. * Manage cargo securely during transit, ensuring proper load distribution and securing of freight. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and business representatives regarding delivery status, route changes, or any issues encountered on the road. * Maintain detailed records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance needs, and delivery logs Requirements * Valid commercial / driver's license (CDL) * Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver experience with freight handling * Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles and familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks * Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and transportation compliance * Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using forklifts or other equipment when applicable * Strong route planning skills with a focus on timely deliveries and customer satisfaction * Physical ability to perform load securement tasks and conduct vehicle inspections Join our team if you're passionate about driving and eager to deliver excellence on every route!
