Chick-fil-A Seabrook is preparing to open, and we're looking for a few exceptional people to help lead our restaurant from day one. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who desires to make meaningful contribution to the people around them. You'll have the opportunity to help build a team, establish a culture, develop people, and learn how to operate an excellent restaurant. You do not need to be a career restaurant professional. We're interested in people who have demonstrated leadership, desire ownership, learn quickly, care about others, and are excited to grow. Most importantly, we're looking for leaders who believe that excellent restaurant work can be used to positive influence in the lives of customers and team members. This is hands-on leadership. Our leaders work alongside the team. This is not a desk-management position. You should expect to spend significant time working in restaurant operations: serving customers, preparing food, coaching team members, solving problems, managing shift operations, and directing the team to execute at an elite level. We are committed to comprehensive onboarding and training, and as you demonstrate competency in our Fundamentals and alignment around Core Values, you'll be entrusted with increasing responsibility for both people and systems within the restaurant. That may include: Leading restaurant shifts and areas of operation Coaching and developing team members and emerging leaders Creating an excellent customer experience Maintaining high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and service Identifying problems and taking ownership of solutions Helping develop and improve restaurant systems Using restaurant results and performance measures to identify opportunities for improvement Taking ownership of significant restaurant goals or areas of the business Working closely with the Owner/Operator and other leaders to build a healthy, high-performing team Who we're looking for: We're looking for people who desire to partner with Chick-fil-A's legacy of excellence and care. As a member of our founding leadership team, you won't simply step into an established operation. You’ll help build Chick-fil-A Seabrook. Restaurant leadership requires significant schedule flexibility. Our restaurant operates across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. Leaders should have broad availability across restaurant operating hours and should expect to work approximately 40–50 hours per week . As the restaurant and leadership team develop, leaders may have opportunities to work toward greater consistency in their schedules. Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays. Growth We expect this position to grow as you do. A successful leader may take increasing ownership for an area of the restaurant, develop other leaders, manage important systems and performance goals, and ultimately serve in a Director-level role within Chick-fil-A Seabrook. We will provide training, coaching, clear expectations, and meaningful responsibility. You'll be expected to bring curiosity, humility, initiative, and a willingness to do the work. Interested?
