Automation Technician

We are seeking an Automation Technician to troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, and controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and automated equipment
• Diagnose electrical and controls issues from 24V–480V
• Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs
• Read electrical schematics and PLC documentation
• Perform instrumentation testing and calibration
• Support production, equipment upgrades, and root cause troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of PLC/industrial automation experience
• Experience with industrial electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs
• Experience with VFDs, HMIs, instrumentation, and electrical schematics
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, approximately 6:00–6:30, with day and night shift opportunities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lathrop, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
