DuPont Veterinary Center is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist! Position Details Role: Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative) Status: Full-time Salary: $16.66–$20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. (Four 10-hour shifts)

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Answer phones and manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently Schedule appointments and coordinate daily hospital flow Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records Process invoices and collect payments Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members Educate clients on preventive care, hospital services, and next steps Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction Help create a positive, welcoming experience throughout the hospital

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring Previous veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Confidence taking ownership of responsibilities and following through Compassion and empathy for clients, patients, and teammates A collaborative, positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment A desire to continue learning and growing professionally A great sense of humor and an appreciation for a supportive team culture
