Job Description The Rehabilitation Therapist will provide comprehensive patient care to individuals recovering from various conditions including strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. This position emphasizes improving functional ability and quality of life through personalized treatment plans and methodologies.

Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patient needs, movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and functional ability.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as per ongoing evaluations.

Provide education and support to patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals and strategies.

Utilize specialized equipment and therapy modalities in treatment sessions.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care discussions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current state licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist or equivalent.

Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required.
