Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide therapeutic interventions to students with a variety of physical challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Educate staff and families on best practices to support student mobility and participation
• Attend team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
• Adapt therapy sessions for optimal effectiveness in the school setting

This contract position begins ASAP and runs through January 2027. Enjoy a part-time schedule of approximately 15 hours per week over two days, offering excellent work-life balance.
