Branch Manager – Commercial Landscape Operations (Midwest | $8–10M Branch) This is a senior, hands‑on Branch Manager role responsible for leading a high‑revenue commercial landscape operation with a strong foundation and meaningful upside. The branch services a predominantly Class A commercial portfolio (office, medical, retail, industrial) with an expanding multifamily and municipal footprint , and is entering a critical phase of cultural stabilization and operational refinement. The Branch Manager will own day-to-day operations, people leadership, and financial performance , serving as the cultural and operational “glue” of the branch. This leader must balance strong P&L discipline with a people‑first, field‑forward leadership style , spending meaningful time with crews, Account Managers, and Operations Managers to drive accountability, morale, and performance. The ideal candidate is a proven Branch Manager / General Manager with: 3+ years leading a $7M–$12M commercial landscape branch Deep industry experience (non‑negotiable) A reputation for leading from the front Strong financial fluency without “spreadsheet‑only” thinking Comfort operating in the gray—judgment, nuance, and trust matter here This leader should be comfortable spending 40–60% of their time in the field , setting the tone early in the day, coaching leaders, reinforcing standards, and staying close to crews and clients.
