Restaurant Supervisor The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service. Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service, addressing any concerns or special requests efficiently. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. Manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service and quality food delivery. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, staff evaluations, and performance management. Requirements Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
