Thoughtfully hire, develop, and mentor the team* Cultivate an environment of open, authentic dialogue with the restaurant team, regional and corporate partners* Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures* Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests.
