Role Description The Customer Operations Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in The Woodlands, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the specialist supports day-to-day customer operations, including responding to inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, tracking order status, resolving issues, and collaborating with logistics, sales, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role also involves monitoring service levels, identifying process improvements, and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Customer-facing skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Experience improving Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through proactive communication and follow-up. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track order and service metrics, and identify operational improvements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams. Proficiency in common business software (e.g., CRM systems, ERP platforms, Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new tools. Prior experience in customer operations, logistics, or distribution; experience in chemicals or industrial products is an advantage. Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
