Interested in the Ideon Geosciences team? The Ideon Geosciences team is comprised of Geoscientific Analysts, and we want more! We're looking for geoscientists and data scientists with deep geophysical data and modelling experience paired with advanced Python skills. Geoscientific Analysts run end-to-end project workflows for mining customers worldwide, processing and interpreting muon tomography and other geophysical data, debugging complex pipelines, and delivering 3D subsurface models that go directly into customer-facing presentations. Success as a Geoscientific Analyst at Ideon means delivering reliable insights that surpass customer expectations, while enabling faster and high-quality customer project outcomes. Other Things to Know Ideon HQ is located in Richmond, British Columbia (BC), Canada. 90% of Ideon employees work a hybrid model of in-office/remote from home and are based in the lower mainland of BC. Other Ideonians work remote from other regions of Canada, the USA, Chile, and Australia. Our hybrid work policy? We don't have one. We love seeing folks in the office 2+ times a week, but otherwise, be an adult. This means having the flexibility to determine your in-office schedule while considering the positive impact of face-to-face connection with your leader and teammates. As Ideon is a high tech company with ambitious goals, you may occasionally be asked to be flexible with your hours while building in intentional time to recover between bursts. What We Offer (varies slightly by region) Early equity options on hire. Tuition support ($2500/year).
