Line Cook Opportunity At The Hilton Mystic

Do you want to gain experience from a qualified and talented culinary team? Well, you are in luck because The Hilton Mystic is looking for a line cook!

Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 based on experience

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Professional culinary experience, with a minimum 2 years grill and sauté experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, culinary degree preferred.
• Clear understanding of menu items
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.
• Be able to multi task in high volume kitchen.

What you will be doing:

• Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies
• Prep all needed food items for service
• With the help of kitchen staff, proper execution of menu items
• Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality
• Certify that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are maintained

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Continuous: reaching, bending, lifting, carrying
• Be able to stand and be on foot for the majority of the scheduled shift
