Partnership-Track Hybrid DR in Los Angeles, CA

Los Angeles Imaging and Interventional Consultants (LAIIC) is a physician-owned practice providing radiology services for the PIH Health System. These include three hospitals located in Downtown Los Angeles, Whittier, and Downey on a unified PACS. Due to the rising nationwide demand for radiology services, we are hiring a full-time partnership-track diagnostic radiologist. OUR PRACTICE:

We strive for excellence and are leaders in the hospital: Our radiologists serve as Chief of Medical Staff at two of our three hospitals. The basis of our strength begins with superb image interpretation and consultation skills. From that foundation, we have formed a central role in the hospital system, which continues to grow with the increasing utility of radiology as an integral part of hospital-based medical care. We have state-of-the-art equipment, an active lung cancer screening program, and high-level Neuro, Body MR (including prostate, rectum, and enterography), and Cardiac CTA+MRI programs. SCHEDULE: Five-day workweek with shifts ranging from 7-9 hours. This is a hybrid position with a ~50% remote component. Weekend call is shared evenly and is about q4 weekends. COMPENSATION: Starting salary for employees is $600,000-$800,000 per year depending on experience and fellowship training. Partnership track is 1-2 years. All partners are equal in voting power, base compensation, equity, and call responsibility. In addition, we have ample opportunities for internal moonlighting to augment your income. POSITION DETAILS: Home workstation and 24/7 IT support is provided. Start date is October 2025 or later. Fellows are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical and communication skills required. LIFE AT LAIIC: Vacation is 8-10 weeks per year. Our current radiologists live in LA and Orange County neighborhoods such Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Beverly Hills, Palos Verdes, Pacific Palisades, Pasadena, Rossmoor, Arcadia, La Canada, Anaheim, and Downtown LA.

LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:

California medical license
California X-ray Operator & Supervisor permit Board-eligible or board-certified
