Provides on-demand crisis intervention with partnering districts. Provides individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy and support services to children with severe emotional disturbance and their family. Ensures that paperwork is maintained in accordance with grant/funder requirements as well as Easterseals MORC policies and procedures. Conducts clinical assessments, develops diagnoses, and participates in developing person/family centered treatment plans with client families. Monitors client progress and coordinates appropriate behavioral health and other needed services including, but not limited to, community coordination, outreach, and referrals. Willingness to support and assist individuals served with trauma related issues utilizing TFCBT, CBITS, Prime for Life and/or trauma-informed practices.
