Now hiring a Leasing Consultant for a LIHTC (Tax Credit) apartment community in Fresno, CA!  Grow your affordable-housing career with hands-on Section 42 compliance work.

What you'll do:

• Greet prospective residents and lead tours of available apartments
• Answer leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins
• Help keep residents satisfied and the leasing office running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• +1 year  in apartment leasing, LIHTC / affordable housing preferred
• Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata)

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour, paid weekly
