Are you an Insurance Defense Attorney looking to join a respected and growing litigation practice? Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to handle a diverse insurance defense caseload, including general liability, premises liability, transportation, and personal injury matters.


This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience, work closely with experienced trial attorneys, and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.


What You'll Do

• Manage cases from inception through resolution
  
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  
  
• Take and defend depositions
  
  
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
  
  
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
  
  
• Develop case strategy and assist with trial preparation
  
  
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California State Bar admission
  
  
• 2-5 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
  
  
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  
  
• Experience handling discovery and depositions
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
