CNC Operator/Machinist Greenville, South Carolina Responsibilities and Qualifications Machine operator for 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines Understanding of G‑Code commands and ability to make basic modifications to G‑Code script Basic understanding of 3D modeling and geometry Experience with Tormach machines is preferred but not required Self‑starter, motivated, and dependable Desire to be part of a growing team Parts are one‑of‑a‑kind and require a lot of unique setups and operations Problem‑solving skills for prototype part solutions Additional Functions Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project; CAD/CAM software a plus Team focused, can recognize needs and communicate to the team for help, and contribute as part of a larger team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with unyielding integrity Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of technical issues on the equipment, including support for investigating and correcting system malfunctions Requirements Arrive at work on time, as scheduled, consistently, reliably, and complete each shift Follow all safety rules and standards for the company and for the site Understand and follow instructions from the direct supervisor Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
