About the Role We’re hiring a CNC Operator for our 2nd shift in a fully air-conditioned, modern production environment where innovation and precision meet. Responsibilities Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines in our Geometry Grind Department Support high-performance tooling production with precision and efficiency Apply your knowledge of basic machine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance Read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure accurate machining and grinding operations Qualifications Self-motivated individuals with a passion for craftsmanship Minimum 2 years of machining and/or grinding experience A positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in cutter grinding or tool making is a plus—but not required Familiarity with machine maintenance practices Ability to read and understand technical blueprints, including GD&T specifications Required Skills Basic machine maintenance knowledge Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience in cutter grinding or tool making #J-18808-Ljbffr WALTER USA, LLC
