A hybrid work model combining the flexibility of remote work at home with the benefits of on-site collaboration in the Goleta, CA development facility will be employed. The Software Engineering Lead will be responsible for all aspects of software engineering, including software development, integration and test, problem-solving, and team collaboration.Major responsibilities:Lead all aspects of design, development, prototyping and validating of infrared camera software and test software applications in support of both product development and manufacturing. Coordinate internal and external developmental resources. Execute software development tasks to meet both internal and external customer needs reporting to the Integration and Test Director.
