RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work night shifts with various shift lengths and days - must be flexible with scheduling
• 13-week contract with 36 hours scheduled per week following first full week of orientation
• No guarantee of hours or shift preference
• Nurse to patient ratio: 1:6 for days and evenings, 1:8 for nights
• 2-10 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Hawaii nursing license required by start of assignment
• May float to Laulima Unit and Cardiovascular Unit
• Work with medical unit equipment including Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes
• Professional nursing attire dress code required
• Must arrive Thursday before start date for Friday employee health appointment
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exception required prior to contract start
• Orientation program provided for each unit
