In partnership with the Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and Nursing Development Educators, you will lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of innovative educational initiatives and quality improvement projects that elevate patient outcomes.
In this role, you won't just follow best practicesyou'll help define them. Serve as a clinical role model, demonstrating excellence in patient care while championing continuous improvement and integrating the latest nursing knowledge into everyday practice. Your leadership will inspire others, foster a culture of learning, and drive meaningful change on the unit.

Education/Experience Required:
- BSN required.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
