Pay: $19-$24/hr.

What You'll Do

• Operate machines such as punch presses, grinders, drill presses, and shears
• Use hand tools to complete basic assembly and mechanical tasks
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Move materials safely (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Support additional shop tasks as needed

What You Need to Succeed

High school diploma or GED

Ability to use basic hand tools

Strong attention to detail

Mechanical aptitude or interest in manufacturing

Ability to stand, lift, and stay active throughout the shift

Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE

Work Environment

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
