We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This contract opportunity offers a part-time schedule of approximately four hours per day, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to arrange hours that fit the selected candidate’s availability. In this role, you will help keep administrative processes organized by managing documents, assisting with office coordination, and completing routine clerical tasks. The position also includes local travel to deliver paperwork to the tax office, with mileage reimbursement provided.
Responsibilities:• Organize and maintain paper and electronic records to ensure documents are accurate, accessible, and properly stored.
• Scan, upload, and file business documents while keeping administrative records current and well structured.
• Transport paperwork to and from the local tax office as needed, following established timelines and procedures.
• Perform general clerical support such as sorting forms, preparing documents, and assisting with routine office tasks.
• Enter information into office systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide front office support by answering incoming calls and assisting with basic receptionist-related duties.
• Help maintain an orderly administrative workflow by tracking paperwork and supporting day-to-day office needs.• Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
• Ability to manage filing, document scanning, and record organization efficiently.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and providing attentive front desk support.
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time role and manage tasks responsibly.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for document delivery, with mileage reimbursed.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple routine assignments effectively.
