Kevin’s Auto & Truck Repair LLC. is a busy, family-owned, full-service automotive repair shop with over 30 years of experience. We have built our huge customer database on honesty, quality workmanship, and care for our clients.
Job Details:
- We offer a clean and organized shop environment.
- Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, and closed on weekends.
- Perfect opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who is looking for long-term employment by working in a very busy, but relaxed shop atmosphere.
- We are looking for a positive individual who is cheerful, friendly, and enjoys learning new things while maintaining premium customer service to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good communication between the shop and the customer.
- Monitoring customer records to check for regular scheduled servicing or future work and contacting customers to arrange appointments.
- Releasing repaired equipment to customers and explaining work completed with costs accrued, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Good pay based on experience/production.
